- 2-5 years of UAE experience in handling manpower's of
- factory / manufacturing plant.
- Bethe prime contact for around 100 - 120 workers.
- Commuting the document of workers O.T, attendance.
- Sick leave, medicals. etc.
- Experience in preparing reports in MS excel ( V Lookup . PIVOT ).
- Handling the workers discrepancies and grievances &
- to be vocal enough to solve within the limits and avoid escalations.
- Hindi / Urdu spoken is mandatory
